Returns

We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 10 days of delivery.

To request a return:

  • Contact us at zozosminigarden@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • We will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
  • For growing kits, we may also provide support if any important steps may have been missed or carried out incorrectly..

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including any applicable taxes and original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or for fresh mushroom products due to their perishable nature.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the item has been confirmed defective, which may require photo evidence.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order.
