We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot always guarantee that the information is complete or free from errors. We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.
Ordering and Payment
When you place an order on our website, you agree to pay the full price of the products and any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept payment by Google Pay, Stripe, BTCPay (though standard wallet payments or via the lightning network), and Bank transfer. Please advise that bank transfers require confirmation of funds received prior to dispatch, which may delay your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, and to refund any payments made for such orders.
Shipping Policy
We currently offer delivery for spawn and growing buckets, and with a delivery cost which is referenced in the checkout prior to payment. Fresh mushroom products cannot be delivered and will require local pickup or meetup at my local Christchurch city drop-off point.
We make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 10 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us using the information below. On consideration, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the product, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zozos Minigarden or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
